Comp Reel - 2012
Stereo compositing, depth mattes, rig removal and more.
Shot Breakdown Below
SpyKids 4: Stereoscopic Comp using Nuke. We converted all 5 reels to stereo. Outsourced roto and missing elements made these shots very challenging. I used the warp tool to fix and animate bad roto into position, also worked well to fix and follow constant speed changes to the edit. Depth maps from 3d vfx was the base used to build up roto into a depth map for conversion. Studio was Speed Shape. |
Harry Potter 7A/B: Stereoscopic Comp using Nuke and a lot of very detailed roto to build up depth maps for conversion. As a TD Lead, scripted several tools to speed up styles and production. Studio was ICO. |
